Are Vintage or New Old Stock parts new?
In our inventory, every part is "new" unless otherwise stated in the description. Vintage parts are referred to as "New Old Stock", or "NOS". This term means "New" from "Old Stock", or in other words any part manufactured years ago and never used or installed. New Old Stock usually refers to OEM parts but may also be used to identify NOS Aftermarket parts.

Why don't you accept returns?
We do not accept return for several reasons. First, we are a small private family business and it is fiscally irresponsible to accept returns. We do not have the buying power and we do not sell cheap china junk like Walmart Second, most of the items we sell are closeouts, discontinued items, obsolete parts from defunct manufacturers, etc.

Why does it take so long to ship my order?
Because we are a small company and we operate with very few people to get all of the work done. Mail order is a SIDELINE to our main business. We have an actual physical location with live customers, plus we do offsite jobs for our local customers. We process all orders as fast as we can do so. Holidays, weekends and severe weather can impact processing times as well.

How will my order be shipped?
We ship most item by US Postal Service, either 1st Class parcel or Priority Mail, depending on size/weight/destination, Larger and heavier items made ship by FedEx.

Why don't you accept offers?
Because our pricing is based on the amount we paid when the item was purchased. Therefore, there is no margin for "deals" because you purchased more than one item. Besides, retail establishments like Walmart do not give discounts, even for damaged or open products. Please give us the same consideration.
